Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours (business days). During special releases, processing may vary slightly.

Carriers & tracking

We ship from the US with tracked services. A tracking link is sent by email when your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Standard US delivery follows the timeframe shown at checkout. For Valentine’s releases, orders placed before the cutoff are prioritized for delivery before Feb 14.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.
